Kekūhaupiʻo, a master of lua (Hawaiian hand to hand combat) trained of Kamehameha.
Kalani’ōpu’u was King if Hawai’i island and uncle to Kamehameha. He trained him and fought alongside him. He also gave Kamehameha guardianship of the war god Kūkaʻilimoku.
Keʻeaumoku was one of the first Chiefs to back Kamehameha and helped Kamehameha in many battles.
Kēoua was a high ranking chief and was Kamehameha’s father. He was also half brother to Kalaniōpuʻu.
