Most unopened items purchased at noeaudesigners.com returned within 14 days from your DELIVERY DATE will receive a refund or an exchange.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED.  

Items purchased from noeaudesigners.com must be shipped back and RECEIVED by Noʻeau within 14 days of your delivered order date.  If items is received within the 14 day period with original tags, unopened, accompanied by a receipt and in resaleable condition a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any merchandise returned from days 15-30 with original tags, unopened and in resaleable condition will receive NOʻEAU STORE CREDIT ONLYThere will be no refunds, exchanges or store credit issued for any item beyond 30 days from your delivery date.

Noʻeau Store Credit can be used online and in-store.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE ALL SALES FINAL.  Additionally, the following merchandise will continue to be enforced as all sales are final, they are: Sale Items, stickers, bathing suits, body suits, shapewear, all food items, face masks, gift cards, malos, clearance, hawaiian handmade items (lauhala papale, gourds, lei hulu, stone implements and items that include any shells of any sort).

Unless you have received the incorrect item you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for your returns. If you have received an incorrect item, contact us at noeauweb@gmail.com or call us at 808-630-4763 to get approval for us to refund your shipping costs. 

You will not be refunded your shipping costs unless you were pre-approved. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received your item(s) and it passes inspection and depending on your situation then a refund, an exchange or store credit will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund.

DUE TO LIMITED QUANTITIES OF INVENTORY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO COMPLETELY FULFILL ALL ONLINE ORDERS. UNFORTUNATELY THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR PURCHASE OF AN ITEM IS BY PURCHASING WITH US IN STORE. 

If an item you order online is unavailable, then a member of our staff will contact you explaining the situation, offer alternate options, or issue a full refund. Mahalo for your support and understanding.

Shipping fees are non refundable if an order is sent out then brought back into the store for a return.
