Most unopened items purchased at noeaudesigners.com returned within 30 days from ship date will receive a refund, an exchange or store credit.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE PURCHASED.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must be in its original packaging.
**ITEMS MUST HAVE ITS TAGS AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT.**

Unless you have received the incorrect item you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for your returns. If you have received an incorrect item, contact us at email@example.com or call us at 808-670-2718 to get approval for us to refund your shipping costs. You will not be refunded your shipping costs unless you were pre-approved.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received your item(s) and it passes inspection and depending on your situation then a refund, an exchange or store credit will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund.
DUE TO LIMITED QUANTITIES OF INVENTORY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO COMPLETELY FULFILL ALL ONLINE ORDERS. UNFORTUNATELY THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR PURCHASE OF AN ITEM IS BY PURCHASING WITH US IN STORE.

Shipping fees are non refundable if an order is sent out then brought back into the store for a return.
