Wonderful Products, great customer service

My daughter and I went to the store for the first time on New Year's Day. It will certainly not be the last time. She currently lives and works in Japan so she selected a backpack displaying the Hawaiian flag. We did need to call the store for help figuring out how to use the strap, the sales person was helpful. She had to ask someone else because she also did not understand how it worked. Great customer service.
I bought towels, kitchen tools, etc. and am loving every item.
